Do I need to book in advance or can I walk in?
We accept walk-ins, but we strongly recommend booking ahead — especially on weekends and public holidays when slots fill fast. A WhatsApp message the day before is enough to hold your spot.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel 48 hours before your booking for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit the full amount. Rescheduling is always welcome with 24 hours notice.
Is there a minimum age or weight for activities?
High Ropes (Level 1): Age 8+. Zip Line: Age 10+, max 120kg. Giant Swing: Age 12+, max 120kg. Night Adventures: Age 14+. All participants must complete a digital waiver. Under-18s need a parent or guardian to sign.
How do I pay?
We are cashless. Payment is by M-Pesa or card. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is paid on arrival. All payments are issued with a receipt.
What if it rains?
Light rain does not stop operations. In heavy rain or lightning, activities are paused for safety. If we cancel due to weather, you get a full reschedule or refund. We'll monitor forecasts and give you advance notice where possible.
Do you cater for people with disabilities?
Some activities can be adapted. Contact us in advance and we'll tell you exactly what's possible. We'd rather give you an honest answer upfront than disappoint on the day.
Is there parking on site?
Yes. Free, secure parking for cars and minibuses. We also have a drop-off area for larger groups.

Digital Waiver

All guests complete a digital indemnity waiver before participating in any activity. When you book, we'll send you a link to complete it on your phone in under 2 minutes. It's OTP-verified — your phone number is your signature. No paper, no queues. Guests with minors must sign on their behalf.
